 -Extract the zip files to htdocs(this is the path: C://xampp/htdocs)

Create Database
 -Go to your browser ans type localhost/phpmyadmin
 -Click Tab Import and Browse the SQL file from lib folder this is the file name (Library.sql)

After creating database the system is ready to run just type localhost/lib
